    Buying on Fashion Connects is easy! Simply browse through our curated selection of luxury fashion items, add your desired pieces to the cart, and proceed to checkout.     How does the rental process work?

    Renting on Fashion Connects is a fantastic way to enjoy luxury fashion without the commitment. Simply select the item you wish to rent, choose the rental option. You'll enroll into a 4-payment plan every 2 weeks. You can return the item anytime to stop payments. You can complete the 4 payments to keep the item. The item will be shipped to you, and once your rental period is over, return it using the provided prepaid label. It's the perfect option for special occasions or trying out a new style before committing to the purchase!

    Our commitment to providing a trustworthy platform is paramount to us.Through our verification process, our team verifies the listed item matches the product being shipped to the customer.     Can I only rent and not sell my item?
    Rent only is currently not an option. Every item posted on FashionConnects has a possibility to be purchased.
    What happens if an item I purchased doesn't fit or match my expectations?
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, However all purchases are final. Rent-to-own purchases can be returned after each two week installment period. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for more details on the process.
